I was very impressed with this hotel. The staff were cheerful and helpful, making sure our rooms were adjacent and accommodating my pet. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel's location in the heart of China Town and close to amenities was a big advantage.
The bathroom was small and the shower curtain was annoying to deal with. The vegetarian sausages at breakfast tasted like cardboard.

This hotel truly offers value for money. I was pleasantly surprised by the prices, which were affordable and reasonable for the quality of the stay. The attention to detail throughout my visit was impressive, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendly and efficient service provided by the staff. The location of this hotel couldn't be better, situated in the heart of the city centre and within easy reach of both train stations. It was perfect for exploring the city or attending events, such as the Hippodrome theatre.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.
